2024 Sacred pine invitational
Welcome to the Sacred Pine Invitiational (SPI). The SPI is Charleston's largest 2 person team (M/M & F/F) competition and held in the middle of the summer to see if you can handle the heat! We hosted over 170 athletess last year competing across 3 different divisions - Scaled, Intermediate, and Rx. Whether you're a seasoned CrossFit veteran or just getting into the swing of things, Sacred Pine Invitational has a place for you.
