Drew Howard

Drew began his love of CrossFit in 2015, at first, as an athlete and then becoming a coach in 2023. He felt like coaching was a natural progression for him. He loves interacting with people from all walks of life. In high school, Drew competed in track and cross-country running. One of his most treasured achievements is completing an open ocean swim. In 2023, he and his teammate placed 3rd in the Sacred Pine Invitational.

Several years ago, Drew's father had a cardiac event which required Drew to perform CPR on his own dad. It was then that Drew decided to go back to school to study something in the healthcare field. Drew's dad is alive and well today.

Drew loves coaching all athletes but truly loves his 5:30 PM class. "They all want to be here here and really want to learn. Many of them are newer to CrossFit and need lots of guidance. Many of them don't know what they are capable of and I like to push them to help them see how far they can go."
